Mark Atteberry has been active in the Entertainment Industry practically since birth! Mark began his professional career as a musician in his early teens. As a trombone and keyboard player he worked with everyone from the Orange County Symphony to the infamous Count Basie to the cult wonder-band, Nancy Boy.

In his late twenties Mark made the horizontal move to acting. Since then he's acted in countless commercials, television shows, voice over gigs and feature films. His work ranges from indie films like “Livers Ain’t Cheap,” one of Rod Steiger's last films, to blockbuster hits like “Demolition Man” and “The Hulk."

During his stint as an actor Mark co-authored “The Working Actor’s Guide to LA,” a reference book on acting, which remained the best selling book at Samuel French Theatrical Bookstores for over sixteen years. Never content to rest on his laurels, Mark decided to try his hand at directing. In the last few years he's directed two indie films which he wrote (one of which became an underground hit at the Slamdance Film Festival) and a cutting-edge series pilot, which he co-wrote, for Showtime.

As if he wasn't busy enough, photography jockeyed its way into Mark’s life about a dozen years ago. He was recently chosen as one of the "Top Three Headshot Photographers in Hollywood" by LA Casting Directors and one of the "Top 10" by BackStage West. Currently Mark teaches classes on Acting, Image and Marketing here in Los Angeles where he runs his own acting studio, aptly called The Mark Atteberry Acting Studios.

Although Mark is highly regarded as an authority on the Entertainment Industry what he secretly wants to do is settle down and open a little restaurant somewhere in the Wine Country... but don't we all.
